遠離壓力:辦公室減壓全攻略

  在電影《杜拉拉升職記》中,我們看到杜拉拉要面對反覆開會討論方案、徹夜不眠加班趕工、被拉去幹體力活等白領們最常遇到的事情。在你每日疲倦之餘,是否忽略了自身的健康?不要忘了,只有健康才能讓你煥發亮麗光彩!

  1. Finish the toughstuff first.Try to get your most complicatedtasks out of the way early in the day so that they're not looming over you for hours. Think of it as a "best for last" technique and you'll start to look forward to your afternoons.
